In general, our support is retained for between $300-$1,200 per month. Our support rates are aligned with the transaction history from your bank statements over last 13-months. Our agreements then are aligned with the average number of monthly transactions in order to offer the most relevant and competitive rates. This approach and leveraging technology has allowed to effeciently price our rates at levels that accounting firms and internal employees cannot match.

All of our clients are assigned a recurrihng day of the week when we cleanup all of the pending transactions making sure they are categorized correctly to the company's chart of accounts. A regular rythem of communication is set around this recurring weekly workflow so it can become reliable and consistent in your operational workflow. In addition, we have on-demand chat support and technical scheduling availability via our website for your convenience. Typically, we schedule 10-minute monthly compliation conversations to review the overall outlook from the previous month activities and make any adjustments that are needed. Our level of service agreement dictates that email correspondence is monitored and replied to with in 48 hours.
